The countdown is on……. 

The Headquarters Hotel, Marriott Harbourfront, will be the centre of the activities for this fun filled weekend with most hotels within walking distance and many of them connected by pedways.  The committee is planning a full schedule of events which as indicated below to include meet and greets, various competitions, market place, breakfasts and luncheons, ladies tours and evening entertainment which will include the infamous Kitchen Party along with a Lobster Dinner hosted inside the walls of the historic Citadel Hill. 

Please find below the “Tentative Program” which is subject to change.

THURSDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2010

8:00  – 4:00 PM           Golf Tournament – Hartlen Point Golf Course ($70/80)

                                    (bus leaves Marriott Harbourfront Hotel 7:30 AM)

1:00 – 8:00 PM            Registration (various hotels)

6:00 PM                       Counterpart Dinners

4:00 – 12:00 PM          Jesters Hospitality - Delta Barrington Hotel

7:30 – 11:00 PM          Meet and Greet – Marriott Harbourfront Hotel - Halifax Suite ABC (dress – casual with fez) Big Band music by Smoothies  (no cost)
